Allowing the Ebb as well as the Flow
Like the ocean, we are meant to ebb as well as flow. Nature moves in cycles. It moves in seasons. Even the moon waxes and wanes. For flow state to exist, we must also have the ebb state. Peaks are not peaks without the valleys. The frequency of emotions
Emotions, like thoughts , emit specific frequencies that effect our current overall vibration. Our vibration is never fixed and will change based on these. This can be a temporary fluctuation or more long lasting depending on how we process these thoughts and emotions.
